As I've met Dali more than twenty years ago in his house of Port Lligat, I'm always interested by realisations like this. I never knew how much i loved something untill I saw and immediataly purchased a Dali book. I plan on visiting the museum and the one in Spain. It is one of my many aspirations. Dali lit up something in me.

When I returned to Cincinnati, the decal that was inside the globe with Dali's signature on it had started to peel and disentegrate. I have been a Dali fan from the first painting I ever saw, at the age of 16. His passing was such a great loss to me...Though I did keep his obit from the Village Voice. I was at your museum last month and purchased a snow globe with a tre branch with a melting clock on it. When I returned to Cincinnati, the decal that was inside the globe with Dali's signature on it had started to peel and disentegrate. i actually visited the museum in person about a year ago when i was in tampa with my father. it was absolutely amazing! seeing prints of his work is one thing but up close and in person is another. i will never forget my visit to the museum. hell, i still have the plastic bag that the souveniers i bought came in...........thanks for a wonderful experience

I have been a Dali fan from the first painting I ever saw, at the age of 16. His passing was such a great loss to me...Though I did keep his obit from the Village Voice. It took me 10 years to finally get to the museum in St. Pete's but it was definitely worth the wait. Being in the same room and able to touch this genius....was beyond words!!
